Ingredients
- • Channa dal – 1 cup
- • Ginger (finely chopped) – 1
- • Green chillies (finely chopped) – 2
- • Onion (finely chopped) – 1
- • Hara dhania/Green coriander (finely chopped) – 2
- • Dahi/Yogurt – as required
- • Garam masala – ¾ teaspoon
- • Salt – as required
- • Oil (for deep frying) – as required
Method
- 1. Pick and Wash the channa dal. Soak for 1 hour and Drain the water.
- 2. Grind the dal in a mixer to a coarse paste.
- 3. Add very little water (about 1 Tablespoon) only if necessary while grinding.
- 4. Mix the dal paste, with the remaining ingredients, except the oil.
- 5. Rub a little oil on your hands and Make small kababs.
- 6. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- 7. Drane on absorbent paper serve andwith pudina chutney.
