By choosing the appropriate actors to play the key roles, including Rocky (Ranveer Singh), Rani (Alia Bhatt), and the three stalwarts (Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi), ROCKY AUR RANI KII PREM KAHAANI wins Round 1. The story is without any spoilers… Like attracts like! Although they are drawn to one another, Rocky Randhawa (Ranveer Singh) and Rani Chatterjee (Alia Bhatt) understand that it will be difficult to win over their respective families.
