Brahmrakshak, and Bepanah Pyar has been arrested by the Waliv police, Vasai, in a rape case of a minor girl. Apparently, the incident happened when the actor was shooting for a show in Nalasopara in 2019.The case is registered under section of IPC 376 AB, r/w POCSO Act 4, 8, 12,19, 21. The actor has been taken into custody and will be produced in court today. “A case was filed in 2019 at Waliv police station alleging that actor Pearl V Puri had sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl”, said DCP Sanjay Patil.
