Arjun Kapoor Reviews Prabhas, Deepika Padukone’s Kalki 2898 AD, Calls It ‘Game Changer’, See Here

Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Kalki 2898 AD have been winning hearts. Right from fans to celebrities all are praising the film. Well, today Arjun Kapoor has also reviewed the film and called it the ‘game changer’. He took to his social media handle and shared the review. He even praised the actors for their performance.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Arjun Kapoor shared a photo and wrote, “Kalki-The game changer!! What a cinematic vision from @nag_ashwin I bow down to your visual take of this epic sweeping saga that spans generations… There is only 1 @amitabhbachchan and he is just awe-inspiring as Ashwatthama!!! @actorprabhas continues to be the loveable ‘rebel’ that we have loved him always. @deepikapadukone just adds so much dignity and is the actual heart of it…@ikamalhaasan sir can’t wait to see him in all his glory in part 2 (spoiler alert). To all the cameos, kudos to everyone for being the team players and enjoying the ride!!! I salute every technician who has been a part of this saga and sweeping tale !!! But lastly to the producers for backing this vision and seeing it thru. It is a cinematic experience that makes me feel proud to see Indian cinema grow like this… forget North, South, East, West… this is a true Pan India film of epic proportions !!!”

Ram Gopal Varma also lauded the producers of Kalki 2898 AD for entrusting Nag Ashwin with the project. He said that they should now prepare to “dig a deep well” to store all the money they will collect from the film and its sequel. Nag Ashwin directed Kalki 2898 AD has set the box office on fire. Released on June 27, Kalki 2898 AD stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in pivotal roles. As per reports, Kalki 2898 AD has surpassed Rs 500 crore at the worldwide box office.

Kalki 2898 AD created history at the box office by becoming the third biggest opener in Indian cinema as it earned a massive Rs 191 crore globally on its opening day. With this huge day 1 collection, Kalki 2898 AD has surpassed the global opening records of KGF 2 (Rs 159 crore), Salaar (Rs 158 crore), Leo (Rs 142.75 crore), Sahoo (Rs 130 crore) and Jawan (Rs 129 crore). RRR still remains the highest Indian opener with Rs 223 crore collections, followed by Baahubali 2 which grossed over Rs 217 crore on its opening day.
